I cannot thank Clarissa enough for taking such wonderful care of my two Ragdolls. She is incredibly patient, especially with my kitty who has IBD, and extremely knowledgeable about cats. Clarissa has also come to my rescue during several emergencies; always calm, responsive, and reliable. Truly God-sent. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cats.

I was referred to Tiny Toots by my bunnies’ (Bibi and Boba) groomer after sharing how difficult it had been to bond them. Boba would always try to bite Bibi, and once, when he managed to escape from his pen, they had a big fight. Since then, Bibi had been afraid of Boba, and I honestly thought bonding them might never be possible. That’s when I reached out to Clarissa via WhatsApp. She was really friendly, patient, and easy-going, which immediately gave me confidence. We quickly arranged a bonding session for Bibi and Boba, and throughout their stay, she frequently sent me updates. To my surprise, the progress was amazingly fast — in just 4 days, they were already able to live together peacefully! Clarissa not only worked her magic in bonding them but also guided me on what to prepare for their return home. She took the time to explain how to handle any disagreements or scuffles if they happened at home. Thanks to her guidance, things have been smooth — it’s been 4 days since they came back, and they are already grooming each other! Seeing them like this makes me so happy, and I truly feel that the price I paid was worth every cent. Thank you so much, Clarissa, for helping Bibi and Boba become bonded buddies. Clarissa is a wonderful and good pet sitter for both my rabbit and Guinea pig. She constantly gives updates and everything went well. My two small animals are pampered with her yummy herbs and treats. The stay is clean and cosy too. Will return here for boarding again!

I am so pleased to have come across The Tiny Toots pets boarding for my furkids ragdolls. I first read about Clarissa who runs The Tiny Toots on Business Times! That’s impressive to me for her to be mentioned and interviewed by BT. Thus, I entrusted my kittens with Clarissa and now she is my furkids permanent care taker whenever I need to travel for work or leisure. I have complete peace of mind leaving my kittens in her care and that’s very important to me as a single pawrent. Clarissa sends me videos and images frequently, updating me on their lives in a home away from home :)! What draws me from beginning too is the private space she can provide for my kittens, where there's no sharing with other boarders. I do not like the idea of boarding them in confined spaces in pet hotels. With The Tiny Toots, my kittens get to roam around in a home setting with views outside too for sunlight and warmth when they want to laze around . Clarissa even picks them up and send them back to me and it’s great added service as it saves so much time for me to clear my work, & with some more left over time to do some housework too! My kittens adjusted very well and the whole process is simply easy and seamless - to and back home. 😊. Clarissa is simply God send for concerned and busy individuals like me.
